www.highradius.com), a Houston-based provider of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions, today announced that it’s Dispute Resolution Accelerator 1.0 solution has achieved “Powered By SAP NetWeaver®” status.
Specifically, HighRadius’ Dispute Resolution Accelerator 1.0 has been certified for integration with the SAP® ERP application via the SAP integration scenario ABAP™ Add-On 7.0. Some of the key functions certified include Dispute Management standard workflows using the SAP Business Workflow tool, Attach Supporting Documentation such as Proof-of-Delivery & Customer Claims, Provide Denial Template Forms and Create SD/FI Credit Memo Request within Workflow.
HighRadius Dispute Resolution Accelerator enables standardization and enforcement of dispute-related business processes by providing deep cross-departmental collaboration and one-click access to all relevant data to make quick informed decisions. The solution includes out-of-the-box standardized templates for standard dispute resolution processes such as Trade Promotions, Pricing Discrepancies, Returns, Late Delivery, Shortages etc.
