HighRadius’ Fifth Annual Credit and Innovation Conference will host pre-sessions to facilitate industry-based discussions, including trends and in-depth knowledge as part of the conference package.
Houston, Texas - January 24, 2018 – HighRadius has added industry-focused, pre-conference sessions to their fifth annual credit and innovation conference, Radiance. Held in Houston, Texas this February, the overall Radiance agenda includes more than 30 industry leaders, alongside the three industry focus groups for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage and Industrial & Chemical Manufacturing, plus hands-on training, product demonstrations and a partner pavilion.
Monday, February 19
th, following pre-event HighRadius User Training sessions, industry leaders will facilitate focus groups beginning at 1:30 PM. These focus groups will cover essential topics for A/R teams from an industry vertical perspective, discussing changing business environment, competition, internal processes and business expectations in the coming few years. The three industries chosen include CPG, Food & Beverage and Industrial and Chemical Manufacturing and will feature three one-hour sessions that explore various challenges and trends within the industry showcased.
The CPG Credit and A/R Forum will be led by Greg Ottalagano, Manager of AR and Credit at Church & Dwight, Jessica Butler, Founder at Attain Consulting Group, and Shankar Bellam, Solution Principal, at HighRadius. The CPG industry sessions will focus on key trends that will have the greatest impact on CPG industry A/R teams in the coming decade and how to unlock the value-creation potential of these trends. Three one-hour sessions will start with an exploration of the digitization of the AP-AR collaboration, sharing how to exploit technology-driven opportunities for streamlining processes. The second session will reveal best practices for converting localized business service delivery to enhanced operating models, exploring the redesigning of the service delivery of credit and A/R functions through a CPG lens. The third open discussion will explore best practices to manage trade deductions, benefits of integrating TPM and deduction systems, and automated claims aggregation.
The Food and Beverage Credit and A/R Forum will be led by Kay Rogers, Senior Credit and Deductions Manager at Ferrero, Kim Erickson of Optimize Consulting and Dan Chapman, Strategic Accounts Executive, at HighRadius. This roundtable will feature three one-hour open discussions, beginning with best practices to help food manufacturers and distributors capture intelligence and insight to improve A/R performance. The second discussion covers best practices to manage trade deductions and performance, leading into the third discussion which explores the convergence of the latest technological trends to enhance growth, drive sales and improve accounts receivables KPIs such as DSO, DDO and CEI.
Radiance’s third industry-focused roundtable, the Chemical and Industrial Manufacturing Credit and A/R Forum, will focus on the ways in which the chemical and manufacturing industries are embracing the headwinds of digitization to avoid being left in the wake. Led by Bill Sarda, Solution Principal, at HighRadius, the opening session will discuss how credit and A/R teams should develop an “interconnected business” to gain an edge in the hypercompetitive low-growth world. The second session, covering buyers’ behaviors through data analytics, will invite participants to discuss how credit and A/R teams create value by applying behavioral analytics to supplier-buyer and trade credit relationships. The Chemical Forum will wrap up with a session on how technology helps organizations improve high-impact business decision by providing access to real-time, rich quality credit data and developing a framework to share this with credit leaders.
