The increase in sales, coupled with a firm acquisition and a divestment, has resulted in a 65% increase in Accounts Receivable volumes. At present, the A/R team at Roche processes 70,000 invoices and 14,000 invalid deductions per month.
The Roche A/R team is further tasked with handling complicated parent-child scenarios and the lack of a single-source-of-data for the team working across different business units. With the objective of streamlining processes and automating repetitive tasks including aggregating Proof of Delivery documents (PODs), Bill of Lading (BOLs) and claim documents, the credit and A/R team at Roche turned towards technology.
Using the HighRadius™ Dispute and Collections Accelerator, the collector efficiency increased by 65% and the team was able to resolve disputes 36% faster.
