HighRadius announces a new General Counsel as part of the continuous efforts to provide the highest levels of unparalleled service to their customers.
July 11, 2016 - Houston, Texas – HighRadius Corporation, the leading provider of Credit and Accounts Receivable automation solutions and the preferred choice of Fortune 1000 companies, announced today that Kenneth A. Sidelinger has joined the company as its General Counsel. Ken will be responsible for global legal strategy at HighRadius and will handle overall legal matters, including contract negotiations, procurement, compliance and intellectual property matters.

Ken began his legal career in the Intellectual Property/Technical Litigation Section of Vinson & Elkins, in Houston, Texas. After V&E, Ken successfully founded a legal and consulting practice that specialized in IT law, and has worked for various software companies, such as BMC Software, McAfee (Intel Security), and Leeyo Software, where his roles included Senior Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property, Embedded Technology Transactions Counsel & M&A Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel, respectively. Ken has represented many start-up SaaS companies, and has also served as Director of e-Discovery, Solutions Architect for Expert Information Management, and outsourced Chief Legal Officer for several clients. Ken’s work overseeing the drafting, negotiation and closing of numerous complex IT transactions will be key in his role at HighRadius.
