It facilitates inter-departmental collaboration by enabling teams to share updates, notes, and documents through a centralized platform, reducing manual intervention and speeding up the claims research and resolution process.

For customers who send claim documents via email, the software uses AI bots to capture, extract, and link the claims to the respective deductions in the system, ensuring a seamless process from email to deduction resolution.
