Here is a list of all Balance Sheet GL Accounts that need to be reconciled.

Each reconciliation task corresponds to one or more Balance Sheet account(s)

Each task has an assigned preparer, reviewer, and approver to maintain key controls within the process

You can also see task details like GL account number, reconciliation category, account type, and timelines.

LiveCube is a no-code platform that combines an Excel-like interface with algorithms to automatically match items for reconciliation.

You can see all line items that have been automatically matched by the system for you to check

If any items are incorrectly matched, you can select them and move them to the Unmatched tab

Similarly, if any items are incorrectly unmatched, you can select them and move them to Matched tab

You can see a list of all unmatched items (discrepancies to be reconciled) in the summary sheet

Here you can perform the reconciliations and add explanations for the unreconciled items

Summary sheet captures all the information required to post the journal entries to the ERP

You can attach documents here as external evidence to be provided to support the ending GL account balance

When the task is approved, all journal entries get posted to your ERP automatically.
